Designed from Passion

A woman has dreamed of opening her own restaurant for years. She knows her concept and has realistic expectations. She also knows what she doesn’t know and is concerned with getting lost in the complexity: site selection criteria, architectural needs for plumbing and electrical, how/where/why to put equipment, SAC fees, proforma planning among others.

She hired RH ConsulTeam to assist her in all aspects of developing and ultimately the execution of her café as well as regular check-ups for the first six months of operations.

Moving and Upgrading an Existing Establishment

A coffee shop and deli located adjacent to a gas station did very well for 7 years. Unfortunately, increased competition, traffic shifts and city development took its toll on sales and profits. They knew they had to move and chose to totally reinvent themselves. A mild mannered café was about to be a hub of food, wine and music.

RH ConsulTeam was brought on to help in refining the new music café concept with as little extra expense as possible. Evaluating current equipment, furniture and fixtures as well as merchandising and functional elements such as operational execution, lay out and marketing planning
