Getting Started

We will meet with you on site for a free one-hour no obligation consultation to assess your needs and determine how we can help.  Our diverse expertise and extensive years of experience in the industry allow us to give you the best options for each situation. Each project will have a single person assigned to ensure smooth execution. In addition, we will follow up after the project is complete to monitor your success.

Project-Based  Most of our services are project based. After our initial meeting we will put together a project designed to meet YOUR needs. When possible, we will put together options of service levels so you can pick the program that fits your situation and budget.

Retainer-Based  If you are a developer or operator and prefer the convenience of ongoing consultation, we can arrange our services on a retainer basis to assure you of immediate access to our services to keep your project or business on track.

Presentation Services  Sometimes to get your word out, you need someone other than you or your managers to generate interest for your program.  We can work with you to get your message across in a staff meeting, training programs, Serve-Safe, responsible bar, etc.
